Keep Supporting and Encouraging Your Colleagues, Employees and Other Teams During These Difficult Times:
Since most of us have made a sudden change of gears to telework, it is imperative to offer emotional support via phone, texts or emails.
Let them express their frustrations, anxiety, fears for the unknown, and always reply with empathy and encouragement words.
Keep in mind that not everyone is willing and able to openly express their feeling, and always ask how are they doing and what can you do for them. Reaffirm your confidence in the team.
Most of the times a little show of caring is all we need to cheer our day. Let them know that you are available for any concerns and ensure the lines are open for communication.
