Tom Martinez is currently the President of DELTA Performance Group - a company dedicated to helping organizations and individuals manage strategic change, innovation, cultural transition, and goal achievement.
Tom is dedicated to helping organizations and individuals manage strategic change, innovation, cultural transition, and goal achievement. Under Tom’s leadership and intensive coaching, the focus is helping people to do more of what they have already been trained to do and help them discover and develop their potential. This is achieved by aligning with organizations where continuous improvement, higher levels of achievement, exceeding customer expectations, and developing customer loyalty prevail.
Some of the businesses and organizations that Tom has worked with include international import-export, major construction contractors, information technology businesses, entertainment, non-profit organizations, and leaders at all executive and operational levels.
Dr. David Bush

David Bush is the Vice President of a Christian University in Central Florida. He leads the university in educating, empowering, and equipping students to fulfill their potential and call in life. Dr. Bush has served in ministry over 30 years and has seen the fruit of that ministry: men and women discovering their purpose and passion, and developing in their God-given gifts to make an impact on their world.
Dr. Bush and his wife, Lissa, are both Certified Speakers, Coaches, and Trainers with the John Maxwell Team. Training and developing leaders in churches, ministries and businesses, both locally and internationally, is an evident passion. With both a ministry and business background, they bring extensive experience to illustrate their leadership masterminds, workshops and training's.
Their three children, Joshua, Anna, and Jonathan also serve in various leadership roles.
Helping others step out of the box, out of their comfort zones, and develop true potential, purpose, and focus is the passion that fuels David every day.
